Provy is the app that offers a new way to interact with your insurance, 100% digital. An app that speaks your language—simple and straightforward. And as if that wasn’t enough, backed by Provincia Seguros.

The Challenge
Provincia Seguros reached out to us with the need to launch a new app aimed at a young and fully digital audience. The main challenge of this project was to develop an MVP version of the brand identity that would stay “on track” with the app’s development timeline, which had started a few months earlier.

The Strategy
We worked alongside key product, business, and development stakeholders, where we defined the basic concepts of the app’s functionality and purpose. We conducted benchmarking sessions and user mapping to identify characteristics of the segment, which we then used to develop moodboards, visual scenarios, and conceptual routes that began to shape the brand idea, its name, narrative, and a visual system capable of breaking conventions.

The Results
After several focus group sessions to validate the brand concept, naming, and visual system with potential users, we successfully met the ambitious timelines for production and app launch.
