The Strategy

We started by carrying out a cultural match between organisations and a business immersion process to understand the company's general map. The result of this analysis made us realise that the brand needed more than just a new website: a new identity. We then focused on clearly defining Exisoft's competitive advantage and, consequently, its value proposition.
